Single-cell programs in adult and pediatric gliomas

We are leading large-scale efforts in single-cell transcriptional profiling in clinical gliomas in adults with our collaborators at the Broad Institute. These efforts are characterizing malignant cell programs and the tumor micro-environment at unprecedented resolution.
